General Questions
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park. However, we offer a full-service café with a wide variety of options, including pizza, fries, wings, fountain drinks, bottled water, coffee, and more! While we do not currently offer gluten-free items, we do have vegetarian-friendly choices available.
No, Mega Fun Park requires our patrons wear our official grip socks. They are available for purchase at the front desk for $3.99 and can be reused on future visits.
Yes, you’re always welcome to celebrate at the Park. However, standard admission prices will apply for all guests, and any food must be purchased from our café—outside food is NOT permitted. Also, a $75.72 upcharge (including tax) is required for group celebrations, and you can only use our cafe tables that are not currently occupied by other guests.
Choosing one of our party packages is the easiest, most fun, and stress-free way to host a celebration at Mega Fun Park.
No, however, children over two years old who will be participating in our attractions must be ticketed at our regular price. Additionally parents accompanying young children are encouraged to purchase a ticket to avoid violating our policy of “No wristband, Red Wristband, No Attractions, No Exceptions.”
No, however our waivers are only valid for 12 months. Our front desk attendant can search for your active waiver by name. Sometimes, signing a new waiver on the signature pad at the front entrance is the quickest to complete the admission process.
We do not currently offer memberships or family pricing. However, from time to time, we offer various specials and discounts online or by mail. Simply bring in a physical copy of the offer to redeem it at our counter.

Yes, we serve beer and wine at our cafe. Outside food and drink – including alcohol is strictly prohibited in the park.
All guests (over 2yrs old) who plan to participate in the use of any of our attractions must purchase a ticket. Adults who attend for the sole purpose of transporting or supervising children do not require a ticket.
Tickets are sold on a time basis, per participant, starting at 1.5hrs for $21.99
Yes! Most of our park is located on ground level and is wheelchair accessible. We also have a wheelchair lift, which can be used with assistance from a staff member, to access the trampoline area.
Please note that the playhouse, elevated ropes course, and upstairs game rooms are not wheelchair accessible
Absolutely! Our park offers fun for everyone—from toddlers to adults. Younger kids can enjoy the ball pit and playhouses, while older guests can jump on trampolines, play pool, and explore a variety of other attractions. There’s something for every age and energy level!
Our hours of operation change to reflect the needs of the community we serve. For our current hours, visit the “Hours of Operation” page on our website.
The café and bar (for food & alcohol orders) closes one hour before closing time. Please note that last call for food orders is 15 minutes before the café closes.
Fountain drinks and water are available for purchase until close.
Party Questions
Yes, all five of our party rooms are wheelchair accessible. If someone in your group requires accessibility accommodations, we kindly ask that you call ahead so we can make the appropriate arrangements and ensure a smooth experience for your entire party.
Please note: our second-floor game lounge is not wheelchair accessible.
Yes! Every guest who receives a wristband as part of a party package also gets a pair of our official grip socks. Grip socks are required for everyone using the trampoline area—no guest, including parents, is allowed on the trampolines without them.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring additional guests beyond what’s included in your party package. Please note: Once all included wristbands have been issued, we will charge each additional participant as outlined in the party package. These additional fees will be charged directly to the party organizer, or the participant or parent at the time of entry.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize your party room. Party rooms will already feature Mega Fun Park’s signature decorations such as balloons and table covers. If time permits, but we will allow guests to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled party time to add personal touches. Since party rooms are used for multiple events throughout the day, we ask that all decorations be quick to set up and take down, with no damage to walls or furniture. If you have a special request, please call Mega Fun Park at (630) 229-0444 to speak with a party coordinator or manager.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if fewer than expected guests attend. Your party package reserves a set amount of space, time, and resources, regardless of final attendance.
While we don’t offer extensions for private party room time, you’re more than welcome to purchase additional time if your guests would like to continue enjoying the attractions after your party ends. Please note that once your scheduled party time is over, your group will need to vacate the private party room so we can prepare it for the next group.
You may request a specific party room when booking your party, however we cannot guarantee that your requested room will be available. Our party coordinator or manager will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refrigeration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’re happy to store your items if space is available, we cannot guarantee refrigeration and are not responsible for the care or condition of stored desserts.
No. Only outside cakes and desserts (such as cupcakes) are permitted for parties. No other food or beverage, including coffee, is permitted. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies as a dessert, please call Mega Fun Park at (630) 229-0444 for clarification.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring presents and goodie bags for your celebration. They can be kept in your private party room during your event. Just please make sure that goodie bags do not include any food or drinks, as outside refreshments are not permitted.
If you or someone in your party has a dietary restriction or food allergy, please call us in advance to discuss available options. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Adults accompanying party guests are not required to pay IF they don’t plan to use the attractions. Anyone using our attractions (including bowling, pool, and arcade) must be a paid guest… NO EXCEPTIONS!
Parents of younger children are encouraged to purchase a wristband at regular price so they can freely participate with their children on all attractions.
Yes, all guests are required to sign a waiver. To ensure a smooth check-in process and access to the attractions, please be prepared to sign a waiver at the front desk before you enter the park.
Yes, we kindly ask that you vacate the private party room at the end of your scheduled time to allow us to prepare for the next group. However, you’re more than welcome to use available café tables to gather your belongings or continue socializing after your party room time slot ends.

We only allow party package upgrades. If you’d like to upgrade your package, you can call us ahead of time or speak with our party coordinator when you arrive. All changes must be made before your party begins to ensure a smooth experience.
Either option works! Booking online is often the most convenient and secure way to reserve your party. If you prefer to book over the phone, just be aware that you’ll need to provide personal information such as your address, phone number, and payment details during the call. You’re always welcome to visit the park and book your party in person.
Yes, the guest of honor is included in the total guest count for the party package.
No problem! If you’d like to order additional food beyond what’s included in your party package, you can do so at the park with help from your party host. You can also add any additional food you desire when you book your party online. Keep in mind that additional food, outside of your package, will be charged at regular menu prices.
You can cancel your party at any time by calling Mega Fun Park (630-229-0444) and paying our $25 cancellation fee.
If you have questions before your party date, feel free to call Mega Fun Park at (630) 229-0444 and speak with our party coordinator or manager. On the day of your event, your party host will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns throughout your celebration.
